Meet
Becky Frankel-Clifton
When
it comes to customer service, no one tops Sassy Lady . . .
and, that’s precisely why Becky
Clifton is the Customer
Service Manager at Sassy Lady. Becky has been in the retail
environment since she was old enough to walk (or maybe
before that, if you listen to some of her stories).
Becky
grew up at the feet of her dad, Bruce Frankel, who was the
owner of The Bell, a men’s clothing store that has been in
Peoria since 1891. As soon as she was old enough to make it
into the store with her Dad, she was dusting shoe boxes. Of
course, her retail education continued from there and every
Sassy has heard the “Rules According to Bruce” that cannot
be broken.
The education that Becky received from her Dad is one of the
reasons that the Sassies knew she was the perfect match for
them and the store. Once you are a customer, we know you
will agree. Here are just a few comments we have had on
Becky . . .
"She is one in a million. She
worked so hard to find just that perfect outfit for me!
Thanks, Becky".
"Becky gives wonderful service - you have a real treasure in
her".
"Please thank Becky for all the help she gave me".
"I only had a few minutes to find just the right outfit.
Becky worked with me and not only helped me through, but I
felt “sassy” when I was done".
And, the ones the Sassies hear a lot:
The phone rings. “May I speak to Becky.”
“I’m sorry she’s not in today, may I help you?”
“I’ll call back.” CLUNK
A lovely customer walks in the door . . . “Welcome to Sassy
Lady.”
“Where’s Becky?”
“It’s her day off.”
“Oh, when will she be back?”
“Her days are Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.”
“OK, I’ll be back when she is in!”
So, to all you Sassy Ladies who just love Becky . . . know
we do, too! But, please give Pat, Cindy, Diana and Lynne a
chance to help. You just might think we’re great, too! |
